Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at aracruz9999@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
After this period, we may not be able to process exchange or correction requests due to delivery partner limitations.
Order Cancellation
Orders that are already in transit cannot be cancelled as per government regulations for personal care products.
To cancel an order, please email us before it is dispatched from Arablack.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Personal care & beauty products
- Used or opened items
- Custom or personalized products

Refund Policy (For Unaccepted Prepaid Orders)
If a prepaid order is not accepted at the time of delivery:
- Refund will be processed only after the product is returned to our warehouse.
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
- A quality check will be conducted before processing the refund.
- Shipping charges (₹250–₹300 approx.) will be deducted (both forward & return shipping).
- Refund will be processed within 7–10 working days after inspection.
❗ If the product is damaged or not returned, refund may be rejected.
Exchange Policy
We allow exchanges within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

Exchange Process
1. Send 4 photos + 1 unboxing video of the product via email
2. Mention which product you want in replacement
3. Wait for approval email from our team
4. Ship the product via Indian Post (approx. ₹50 cost)
5. After quality check, new product will be dispatched
Additional Charges for Exchange
- ₹150 courier charge (Cash on Delivery for new product)
- If new product price is higher, customer must pay the difference
Important Notes
- Returns without prior approval will not be accepted
- Delivery partner logs will be treated as proof of delivery attempt
- Arablack reserves the right to approve/reject refunds based on product condition
